To Japan Town in S.F. : サンフランシスコの日本人町へ

Japanese signs on the street in Japan Town made me feel a little bit at home. We went to Japanese market to buy some mochi, umeshu and so on, on, on, on.... :P

日本町の日本語の標識を見ると、日本にいるような感覚に少しなったかなぁ？！日本のスーパーに行き、柏餅や大福、梅酒などを買った。

鉄板焼きレストランへ：熱々の二人！

There are a few teppan-yaki restaurants in California, so we decided to try out one of them. We all ordered meat, and we were all satisfied with the food. However, the teppan-yaki restaurant in Okayama where my parents took us last summer was a lot better and now we all feel like going back to that restaurant in Okayama again. :P

カリフォルニアにも数件鉄板焼きのレストランがあるので、その一つに行ってみることにした。４人とも肉を頼み、満足した。でも、この夏、うちの両親が連れていってくれた岡山の鉄板焼きレストランにはかなわないけど、、。今度、岡山に帰ったら、二度参りしにいかなきゃね。
