Back in Japan (Part3): 日本帰省（その３）

We went to Shinshuu (North of Tokyo) for 3 days. They had a lot of green, fresh air, a lot of good foods, so we really enjoyed there.

２泊３日で信州旅行に行きました。自然がいっぱいで食べ物もおいしくて満喫でした。

After 2-3 hours drive from Tokyo, we finally arrived!

東京から運転すること２、３時間、、着きました！
We went to see the places where preserves some nice old landscape.

昔ながらの景観を残しているといわれるところに行って来ました。
A big watermill. In fact, it was a very hot day but here (next to the mill) was the coolest spot.

大きな水車がありました。実は、この日もとっても暑くて、ここが一番涼しい所でした。
Edo was eating shredded ice to cool his hot body.

エドもかき氷で、ほてった体をいたわり中。
The ice is the best solution for this heat!

暑いと、やっぱりかき氷！
Because of the sudden rain, we stopped by a nice old cafe to escape from the rain.

急に雨がふって来て、雨宿りがてら、感じのよい昔ながらの喫茶店に入りました。
After the rain, we took a walk in this nice area.

雨がやんでから、この辺りを探索してみました。
No matter hot or cold, Edo loves water!

エドは暑くても寒くても水遊びが大好き！
We stayed at a place where my brother's company owns. They really served us wonderful tasty foods! This is the place where Edo developed his strong favor to corns.

うちの兄の会社がもっている保養所に泊まりました。とってもおいしい料理がでてきて、本当に大満足でした。なんと、エドはここで初めてとうもろこしのおいしさを知ってしまい、それからというものとうもろこしの虜になってしまうのでした、、、。
