Red Snapper Dinner: 鯛で夕飯

In Japan, the red snapper fish is for a special occasion. We went to a Japanese market on Sunday and found this nice-looking red snapper, so we couldn't resist. I have never cooked this fish in my life, but this fish looked good enough to encourage me to learn how to cook it. Three fish next to this huge red snapper are called "shishamo".

日本では、こういう鯛は、祝い事の時だけですよね〜。この日曜日に日本のスーパーに行くと、こんなおいしそうな鯛が、、料理したこともないけど、あまりにも美味しそうだったので、さっそく買って、インターネットから料理法を入手して、料理してみました。身がぷりぷりしていて美味しかった。ちなみに、シシャモも一緒に焼いてみました。アレは、このシシャモの体にある卵の数に驚いていたみたい。
