Buri:ぶり
I found this fish at the Japanese market. Usually this fish tends to be expensive, but this time the shop had the special offer, so I couldn't help but buying. This fish and this way of cooking used to be my favorite dish when I was a kid.
日本食材店にて、ぶりを発見。ぶりはいつも結構高めなのだけど、今回はお買い得品だったので、買ってしまいました。やっぱり、ぶりはこうやって食べるのが一番だと思いました。

とっても和食。横のワイングラスを除けば、、、。
