Vacation in South of Italy: 南イタリアでの休暇

アレがアメリカに帰った後、義理の両親と一緒に南イタリアで１ヶ月強一緒に過ごしました。

After Ale went back to the States, we went down to south of Italy to spend our rest of the vacation.  

 Their summer house is located very close to the beaches, so we went there almost every single day.
夏の家は、ビーチにとても近いので、毎日毎日ビーチに行っていました。

 For the first a few weeks, Edo refused to enter the sea, so we spent most of the time on the beach.
最初の２、３週間は、エドが海に入りたがらなかったので、ほぼ毎日砂浜で過ごしました。

Edo is eating the famous panzelotto.
 南イタリアの名物パンツェロット（ピザ生地の中にトマトとモッツァレラチーズを入れて揚げている）を食べてます。

 Mariclo's friend's cat.  Edo went crazy for her cats.
義母の友達の猫で，エドはこの猫が本当に気に入ったみたい。

 Seafoods in South of Italy was really good and we really enjoyed them a lot.
南イタリアのシーフードは本当に美味しくて満喫しました。

There are a lot of entertainments even at night for kids in Italy and Edo really took an advantage of it.
 イタリアの夏は夜も子供のエンターテイメントがいっぱいで、エドもかなり満喫したみたい。

 There is a park nearby too.
近くに公園もあり、遊びました。

 We went to Bari for a day.
一日、バリという大きいまちに行きました。

Magnafiume arrived in south of Italy for their vacation too.
 エンリコの家族が南イタリアに到着。

 Edo found his nonna's swim hat.
エドはおばあちゃんの水泳帽を見つけて、ちょっと拝借。

 Edo was happy to have his buddy to play with.
エドもエンリコの家族が来て、いつも遊んでるアレとかなり楽しそうでした。

 We went to Monopoli for the night.
モノポリという街でフェスティバルがありました。

 Edo learned a lot from his nonno,
おじいちゃんにいろいろ教えてもらったり、

おばあちゃんからもいろいろ教えてもらっていました。

 Gangsters? ギャングスター？

 One day Lucia and Gaetano came to visit us.
ルチアさんとガエタノさんが遊びに来てくれました。

 Enrico and Elisa's French friends also came for their vacation.
エンリコとエリザのフランス人の友達もバケーションでやってきました。

Our neighbor's girls visited us.  Edo and Sandrino were very obedient and they did whatever the girls said.  I guess after all they both are italian men.
 となりに住むイタリアの女の子たち。エドもサンドリーノもかなりいいなりでしたな。女の子には弱いのは、イタリアの男ってことかしら？

 Finally Edo started liking being in the sea.
だんだんと海に入るもの好きになってきたエド。

 Edo learned how to paint with his nonno.
おじいちゃんとおえかきごっこ。
