Magnamotto: Trip to Italy Part 1: イタリア旅行パート１

We went back to Italy for 18 days in June and in July. Edo was so excited about going on an airplane before our trip.

今年も３週間ほど６月と７月のかけてイタリアに帰省しました。エドは旅行の随分前から飛行機に乗ることが楽しみでたまらなかったみたいです。

We were waiting for a shuttle to come to pick us up.
空港シャトルのお迎えを待っています。

At the airport, Edo was getting ready to get on the flight.
空港で、フライトにそなえるエド。

Edo was watching luggages being loaded to the aircraft for a long time from the window.
長い間、小さな窓からじ〜っと興味津々に荷物が飛行機に積み込まれるのを見てました。

Edo really didn't sleep much on the flight. (our flight was almost 15 hours all together) While we were waiting for our luggages to come out, Edo fell asleep on the chair at the airport in Milan.
フライトはトータルで１５時間近くあったのですが、エドは本当に興奮して寝れなかったようです。ミラノについて、預けた荷物が出てくるのを待っている間に椅子で寝てしまいました。

Soon after our arrival, we went to an ice-cream shop nearby to get some Italian gelato!
着いてすぐ、近くにあるアイスクリーム屋にイタリアのジェラートを買いに行きました。

Edo really enjoys trams in Milan, waiving at operators each time they pass by.
エドはミラノの路線電車が本当に好きだったみたいで、電車が通るたびに運転手さんに手を振ってました。

In the morning, usually we walked to nonni's apartment from our apartment.
朝はたいてい私たちが滞在するアパートからおじいちゃんとおばあちゃんのアパートまで散歩がてら歩いていきます。

Nonna prepared a doll house for Edo to play with.
おばあちゃんがエドにと人形用の家を用意してくれてました。

Edo really likes to watch something on the computer with nonni.
エドはおじいちゃんとおばあちゃんといろいろコンピュータで見たり聞いたりするのが好きだったみたいです。

We walked to Duomo.
歩いて、ドゥオーモまで。

It didn't take him long to be connected with his nonna.
すぐにエドはおばあちゃんにくっついて行ってました。

We went up to the top of duomo.
ドゥオーモの上まであがりました。

Milan has a lot of places to go and see. There is a big park in the center of the city. We went there to let Edo play there.
本当にミラノは見るものも多くて、町の真ん中には大きな公園もあって、エドを遊ばせに行ってみました。
