San Francisco with Claudio's family:クラウディオ一家とサンフランシスコで
We received a phone call from Claudio, saying that he would be in the city on the following day, so we got together for Sunday lunch.
クラウディオから電話があって、明日サンフランシスコに行くんだけど、、と。というわけで、日曜日のランチを一緒にしました。
We left home early , hoping to walk around in the city, but it was a heavy traffic when we got there because of this event "The S.F. Marathon". We did not know even there was such a thing.
できれば早く行って少し町中でもあるくか〜と思って出かけたものの、すごい渋滞にびっくり。どうやら、「サンフランシスコマラソン」があったみたいだけど、そういうイベントがあること自体しらなかったもので、、、。
Well, the city was crowded, so we drove away from the city. Firstly, we went to the place where we could see the Golden Gate Bridge.
そんなわけで、町は混んでいたので、ちょっと離れることにしました。まずは、ゴールデンゲートブリッジが見える所へと。
Then, we went to Sausalito for the day. We walked around and then chose the restaurant to go to. There is a Japanese restaurant called "Ran", which received one star from Michelin, but it was closed for lunch. :(
で、サウサリートに行きました。ちょっと歩きまわった後、レストランを選びました。確かサウサリートにはミッシェランで一つ星をもらっている「ラン」という日本料理の店があったはずだと。でも、あいにく、お昼はしまってました。残念。次回だな。
So, we went to this restaurant.

After lunch, we walked around a little bit more. It was a very nice day. :)
ランチの後は、もう少し散策しました。とってもいい天気で、満喫でした。
