New restaurant "Jinsho" in our neighborhood:
近所にオープンした「陣匠」という新しいレストランへ
I found out that a chef, who used to work at a famous restaurant in New York called "Nobu", opened this restaurant, so Ale and I went there to try out sushi.
ニューヨークにある有名な「ノブ」っていうレストランで働いていたシェフが新たにオープンしたというレストランということで、さっそく行って来ました。
For an appetizer, we ordered fusion sashimi.
前菜には、和洋折衷のような刺身を注文。
It was really really good! I would say the best sushi I have eaten since I came to the States.
本当においしかった！！アメリカに来てから食べた中で一番おいしいかも。
More pieces we ate. This time we ordered fatty tuna, which was the best among all.
追加注文しました。で、大トロを頼みました。いや〜、大トロってこんなに美味しかったかな。最高でしたっ！
They were all so good, but this is Ale's expression after he saw our check. :P
本当に美味しかったけど、こちらはアレがお勘定をもらってからの表情。高かったけど、でも美味しかったよねぇ〜！また行きたいっす！
