To Golden Gate Park: ゴールデンゲート公園へ！
Alessandra and Alberto like nature, so we went to Golden Gate Park together. We spent so many hours there to walk around!
アレッサンドラもアルベルトも自然が大好きってことなので、ゴールデンゲート公園に行きました。かなりの時間、いろいろ見て回りました。

When we got tired from walking, there were benches to take a rest.

Alessandra has arrived!: アレッサンドラさん到着！
One day later, Alessandra also has arrived! We went to the ocean to see "Japan". :P
一日後、アレッサンドラさんも到着！いっしょに日本を海岸から見ることにしました。
It was very cold, but it was a good weather at least!
とっても寒かったけど、なかなかいい天気に恵まれました！
It's actually the first time for Edo to be at a beach!!
よく考えたら、エドにとって初めてのビーチ！
The sun was strong, so some sunglasses to wear!

Alberto has arrived!: アレのいとこのアルベルトさん到着！
Alberto has arrived on Saturday and we went out to a Japanese restaurant.
アルベルトが土曜日に到着し、日本のレストランへ行きました。

Teleconference etc.: テレカンファランス 等
These days thanks to technology, we are connected to Japan and Italy more often than ever. Usual weekends Edo is in the center of the conference.
ま、テクノロジーのおかげで、日本ともイタリアともかなりつながっています。
週末はたいていこんな感じで、イタリアのおじいちゃんおばあちゃんと、日本のおばあちゃんと会ってます。

Edo's toy box is getting more stuff and these days Edo can go into it and find what he likes in his own, but sometimes he gets stuck in the box and can't get out from there...
おもちゃもだんだん増え、自分でおもちゃ箱の中にも入っていけるようになりました。でも、時々、中に入ったまま、出られなくなることもありますが、、。

Present arrival: プレゼント到着
These days whenever some boxes arrive, Edo is the first one who tries to open it.
この頃、何か箱が届くと、エドが即やってきて、開けようとします。
Edo doesn't show much of interest in things inside. Edo wants a box and plays with it for quite some time. The video of Edo playing this box.
中のものは、あまり興味なし。でも、箱が大好き。こうやって、ずっ〜と遊んでられます。

アレと私はもちろん中身の方に興味あり。これは、アレの両親からのバレンタインデーのプレゼントでした。どうやら、このチョコは、世界で一番と言われているとか。
Ale and I got more interested in the things inside! They were Valentine's presents from Ale's parents. Supposedly these chocolates are the best chocolates in the world!

Valentine's Day: バレンタインデー
It was Sunday this year for Valentine's day, so Ale made this Sunday a special day for me. :)
Ale was also thinking of taking me out for a nice dinner or something, but a romantic dinner at a nice restaurant !!! with EDO???? did not sound right, so we did it at home.
今年のバレンタインデーは、日曜日だったので、アレがおもてなしてくれました。
外食も考えていたみたいだけど、どうも小さいのを連れてはロマンチックどころじゃないので、家でアットホームにしました。
It's been a while since Ale made his original gnocchi.
アレのお手製ニョキも本当に久しぶりです。
Also, he got a bunch of roses too!
そして、薔薇も買ってくれて。
The dinner was served with a glass of wine..

Edo's 7 months birthday: 英土の７ヶ月の誕生日。
For his 7 months birthday, we got him an interesting toy, which interests also Alessandro too.
７ヶ月の誕生日に、おもしろいおもちゃを買いました。でも、このおもちゃ、アレもかなり気に入っているのです。

Well, his way of playing with toys is to put from one toy to another in his mouth.
ま、あそぶって言っても、もっぱら次から次へと口に入れていくだけなのだけど、、、。
Eating a lot of different kinds of fruits in this net and enjoying them.
このネットの中にいろんな果物を入れて、食べてます。お気に入りです。
Argyris (Ale's colleague) and Simla (his fiance) visited us at our place and played with Edo. Edo really liked their company. Thanks and come again!
アリギリス（アレの同僚）とシミラ（アリギリスのフィアンセ）が遊びに来てくれました。英土とたくさん遊んでくれて、英土もとってもうれしそうでした。


Edo sometimes makes a lot of noise, so Ale decided to videotape Edo and then Edo was shocked to find that Ale was videotaping when he noticed. Kind of funny.
英土は時々ぼ〜っとしてぶつぶつ言っていることがあるので、それをビデオ撮りすることに、、。で、ビデオ撮りされていることに気づいてびっくりする英土の様子です。

Play Date: プレイデート
This is the first play date at our place. We got together with kids. It's interesting that here every gathering has to have a name for it. I was a little confused with "play date". First, I thought "what am I supposed to do??"
これは我が家での最初のプレイデート。子供連れで集まりました。アメリカって、どんな集まりでも名前がついていて、おもしろいなぁと思う。でも、最初、「プレイデート」って、何をしたらいいの？と思ったけど、ま、子連れで集まりましょう〜！ってことだって後で分りました。

We got together for lunch. We planned to go to a park nearby, but we ended up with staying at home.
ランチに来てもらいました。本当はこの後近くの公園に行こうかと思っていたのだけど、結局家でゆっくりして終わりました。
